Portable Deconstruct Prompt and Markdown-First Registry Skills

Step 2 of the framework gets the same portable treatment as Step 1, and the AI Registry skills now produce markdown files you own — with tracker integration as an option, not a requirement.

Deconstruct Prompt — Portable Version

Following the same pattern as the Analyze prompt, the new Deconstruct Prompt — Portable Version is a single copy-paste prompt that runs the full Step 2 Deconstruct process in any AI chat tool. It encodes all nine steps of the methodology — scenario discovery, scope checking, the 5-question deep dive, propose-and-react, sequence mapping, context consolidation, and structured Workflow Definition output. Works in ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or any LLM.

AI Registry Skills — Markdown First

The writing-workflow-sops and writing-process-guides skills no longer require Notion. Both now save output as markdown files with YAML frontmatter, and optionally link back to your workflow tracker (Notion, Airtable, or whatever you use). The SOP skill also introduces a two-template model: full SOPs for deterministic workflows and lightweight SOPs for guided or autonomous workflows where the agent owns the step sequence. See the updated AI Registry plugin page for details.
