Stronger product specs, restructured coding page, and organizational workflows

Three updates that sharpen how the cookbook helps you define, plan, and build.

Vision Brief & Feature PRD skills — deeper PM rigor

The writing-vision-briefs and writing-feature-prds skills in the agentic-coding plugin (v1.2.4) received a significant upgrade. Vision Briefs now include a go/no-go decision gate that assesses problem severity, strategic alignment, and confidence before you invest in scoping — with options to proceed, validate first, or park the idea. New discovery questions cover stakeholders, dependencies, alternatives considered, and problem quantification. Feature PRDs expanded from 5 to 10 discovery questions and added sections for non-functional requirements, error states, success metrics & instrumentation, migration & rollback, and UI/UX requirements. Acceptance criteria now use MoSCoW priority tags ([MUST]/[SHOULD]/[COULD]), and a detailed Vision→PRD mapping table ensures nothing gets lost in the handoff.

Agentic Coding page moves to Use Cases > Coding

The Agentic Coding page moved from the plugin catalog to Use Cases > Coding, where it belongs as a coding methodology rather than a plugin listing. The page was restructured to lead with the 7-step feature development lifecycle before diving into component details and installation instructions.

Business-First AI Framework adds organizational lens

The Business-First AI Framework skills now support two workflow lenses: individual (personal productivity workflows) and organizational (value chain workflows tied to business objectives). The analyzing, deconstructing, and building skills adapt their questions, outputs, and scoping based on which lens you select — adding stakeholder tracking, role swimlanes, and change management guidance for organizational workflows.
