Step 3 Redesigned: Skills Drive the Build

The Build Workflows step has been redesigned around a core idea: the model and user collaborate through skills to design and construct AI building blocks together. Instead of six separate reference pages, Build is now a streamlined three-part flow — Design, Construct, Run — with a new visual diagram and clear deliverables at each stage.

New Plugin: Agentic Coding

The Agentic Coding plugin is now available in the marketplace — the third plugin alongside Business-First AI and AI Registry. It packages two skills for the "discover and define" phase of AI-assisted coding: writing-vision-briefs and writing-feature-prds.

Agentic Coding Plugin: Stronger PRDs and Vision Briefs

Two back-to-back updates to the Agentic Coding plugin make both the PRD and Vision Brief skills significantly more rigorous — the PRD template now pairs acceptance criteria with user stories, and the Vision Brief asks the strategic questions that experienced product leaders always probe.

Slash Commands for All Plugin Skills

Both marketplace plugins — Business-First AI and AI Registry — now support direct slash command invocation for every skill. Instead of describing what you need and hoping Claude triggers the right skill, you can invoke it directly with a / command in Claude Code.

I Built an Open-Source AI Cookbook for Builders. Here's What's Inside.

If you have a business workflow you want to make AI-first, the last thing you need is another slick demo. You need clarity — what are the building blocks, how do they fit together, and how do you go from idea to production?

That's what the Hands-on AI Cookbook is. Complex AI topics distilled into clear frameworks, building blocks, and practical tools so builders can stop experimenting and start operationalizing.

And by builders, I don't mean developers. If you're a leader, entrepreneur, or professional with a business idea and the willingness to get hands-on — you're a builder.
