Apply the Business-First AI Framework from Deconstruct to Run¶

Observe a live demo walking through framework steps 2-6 end-to-end, then apply the framework to a workflow of your choice — deconstructing it, designing the building block architecture, building the artifacts, testing output quality, and running it — using whichever Deconstruct entry point fits your starting point.

Objectives¶

• Deconstruct a workflow using the appropriate entry point (existing deterministic workflow, problem-first, or outcome-driven) to produce a Workflow Definition
• Design a Building Block Spec by mapping each workflow step to specific building blocks, an orchestration pattern, and an autonomy level
• Build, test, and run the workflow using the framework skills, iterating on output quality to produce a working workflow
