Reconnect AI building blocks to the Workflow Design Matrix, walk through the updated 7-step Business-First AI Framework and its three Deconstruct entry points, and reinforce multi-agent orchestration patterns and how they map to the Design step — consolidating three weeks of learning into a unified mental model for applying the framework end-to-end.
Objectives¶
- Map the AI building blocks across Intelligence, Orchestration, and Integration layers to the Workflow Design Matrix, identifying which patterns are valid at each autonomy level
- Explain the updated 7-step Business-First AI Framework, the skill that powers each step, and the three entry points into Deconstruct
- Connect the three multi-agent orchestration patterns (activation by name, automatic delegation, deterministic chaining) to the Design step based on autonomy level
