Plugin 8.1.4: the registry maps, Analyze judges
Two changes to the start of the framework, from a live cohort. Analyze now stays at the strategic level — it names the work, the pain, the kind of value AI adds, and what gets produced, never the tool or connector — and when you have a registry it walks your processes asking where the friction is instead of running a generic question bank. The registry interview asks who it is for (a business you own, a company you lead, your role, or your personal life), reads what you already have — an org chart, a services page, a strategy doc — and drafts your nodes for you to confirm. It ends by offering Analyze straight away.
- Analyze: “Getting started” on each card is replaced by a value lever (Streamline, Automate, Accelerate, Create value) and what changes for the business. Connected tools are ignored during discovery.
- Registry: Phase 4 now asks for the processes that deliver each line of business, ranked by importance — the map, not a shortlist. Your top objectives live in your Business node so no step asks for them twice.
- Deconstruct: arrives pre-loaded with your objectives and the candidate’s value lever, and its five signposts now say “Part”, matching the course pages.
